A sample request

Alex Example is planning a seated wedding reception for 80, with 18 or 25 June 2027 as preferred dates. The venue-only budget is €6,000 including VAT; the overall budget is €18,000. The brief asks about step-free arrival, catering partners, corkage, music, supplier load-in and the weather alternative.

Owner email preview

To: hello@ternshadecourt.example. A date request from Alex Example: 80 guests, seated meal, reception only, 17:00 to 23:00. Preferred dates and the full brief appear with the contact details. If a planner snapshot matches the request, its illustrative venue estimate and separate allowance appear too.

Your email preview

The visitor preview repeats the dates, event details and full brief, then explains the next step. Both previews are receipts of a request. A real venue would check the diary, layout, suppliers and weather plan before following up.

Nothing was sent

This demo does not send, save or deliver either email. No date is held, no contract is made and no payment is taken. In a real request flow, a delivery failure would need a separate retry or contact route; a receipt would still not confirm a booking.
