How a total is built
Five parts, added once.

Up to eight guest hours between 10:00 and 23:00. Events finish by 23:00. Music permissions and any earlier restrictions are separate from event hours and are checked for the premises; we do not promise a late-music exception. Amplified music guidance (MTA).

- Exclusive use of the courtyard and pavilion for one event
- One agreed furniture layout and setup
- One venue coordinator during the event
- Basic venue lighting, standard end-of-event cleaning and water refill points
- Up to eight guest hours between 10:00 and 23:00

- Catering and drinks, contracted with a partner approved for the event
- Entertainment, AV, flowers, ceremony officiant and legal registration
- Transfers, accommodation and travel
- Layout changeover, temporary enclosures, specialist access equipment and extra production

Is this the whole wedding budget?
The venue estimate covers the listed venue services. You can add an authored food/drink allowance; other suppliers, travel and changeovers still need quotes.
What changes if we choose a weekday?
In this demo the same package costs €826 less Monday–Thursday than Friday–Sunday, including assumed VAT. This is sample arithmetic, not a promised market discount.
Can outdoor music continue after 23:00?
This demo's event finishes by 23:00. Music permissions and restrictions must be confirmed for the premises, including afternoon restrictions. We do not promise a late-music exception.
