The open-sided pavilion is not an enclosed storm refuge, even when the guest count fits. Demo event finish: 23:00. Music permissions and any earlier restrictions must be checked for the premises; no permit or late extension is claimed.

Included in the venue package: exclusive use of the courtyard and pavilion for one event, one agreed furniture layout and setup, one venue coordinator during the event, basic lighting, standard end-of-event cleaning and water refill points, and up to eight guest hours between 10:00 and 23:00.

Still to quote: music and AV, photography, flowers, officiant and registration, transfers, accommodation, changeover and weather production.

How the estimate works

One formula, every figure on show.

All prices are fictional assumptions for this demo. They describe the venue package only, not a quotation or a full event budget.

VAT = 18% of net, an assumed rate, rounded once to the cent

Venue package = net + VAT

Alternative arrangements, not additive. The pavilion is not a second venue and is not an enclosed storm refuge.

Seated meal
  • Layout 1 · 20–40 guestsUp to five round tables of eight in the courtyard centre, with the sundial and service routes kept clear. Fits under the pavilion roof.
  • Layout 2 · 41–80 guestsTwo rows of up to five tables. At 80 this is ten tables, the pavilion’s covered limit.
  • Layout 3 · 81–120 guestsThree rows of up to five tables across the courtyard. More than the pavilion holds, so the weather plan needs a different arrangement agreed with us.
Standing reception
  • Layout 1 · 20–60 guestsUp to six gathering points with resting seats along the walls.
  • Layout 2 · 61–120 guestsUp to twelve gathering points; 120 is the pavilion’s covered limit for standing.
  • Layout 3 · 121–200 guestsUp to twenty gathering points spread across the open courtyard. No covered option at this size.
Ceremony
  • Layout 1 · 20–50 guestsUp to five short rows with a central aisle and a clear view to the front.
  • Layout 2 · 51–100 guestsUp to ten rows; 100 is the pavilion’s covered limit for a ceremony.
  • Layout 3 · 101–150 guestsUp to fifteen rows in the open courtyard. A civil ceremony location is confirmed with the Marriage Registry, not by this layout.
