Budget
Is this the whole event budget?
The venue estimate covers the listed venue services. You can add our sample food and drink allowance; music, flowers, photography, an officiant, transport and any changeover still need their own quotes.
What changes if we choose a weekday?
In this demo the same package costs €826 less Monday to Thursday than Friday to Sunday, including assumed VAT. This is sample arithmetic, not a promised discount.
Why does the season change the price?
The four season bands follow demand. May, June and September are busiest, so they carry the largest supplement. The band says nothing about the weather on your date.
Space and weather
Will everyone fit under cover if a storm arrives?
The pavilion has open sides and is not an enclosed storm refuge. Agree an alternative or postponement plan before committing, even when your guest count fits under its roof.
Can we use the courtyard and the pavilion together?
One event uses one arrangement. A ceremony under the pavilion followed by dinner in the courtyard is possible as two phases, with the changeover quoted in writing.
Can a team of 13 enquire?
Yes. Describe your group in the request form. The planner starts at 20 and does not price smaller groups or set a minimum spend.
Ceremony and timings
Can we have a legal ceremony here?
Choose civil, symbolic or reception only in your brief. A civil ceremony location must be accepted by the Marriage Registry before booking; this fictional venue has no approval.
Can outdoor music continue after 23:00?
Events here finish by 23:00. Music permissions and restrictions are confirmed separately for the premises, and we do not promise a late-music exception.
How long can we stay?
Up to eight guest hours between 10:00 and 23:00, with supplier setup and clearing agreed separately in writing.
Suppliers
Is catering included?
No menu is included. An approved catering partner quotes and contracts with you directly, and agrees the menu, staffing and allergens with you.
Can we bring our own caterer or drinks?
Ask us to review your caterer's arrangements and confirm any drinks or corkage terms in writing. Nothing about outside catering or corkage is agreed by this demo.
Requesting dates
Does requesting a date hold it?
A request starts a conversation. We check the diary and confirm the next steps in writing. In this demo, no request is sent.
Can we request more than one event or layout?
Describe each phase, date and guest count in one brief. Suitability and changeovers need a scoped quote; adding planner totals does not book a multi-event package.
